CLUM

Launching Friday, November 13, 2026

Let your uncensored agents loose on the whole internet. Safely.

CLUM is a private AI assistant for Linux. It runs entirely on your own PC and makes finished work: documents, slide decks, spreadsheets, desktop apps and researched answers. No account, no subscription, nothing sent to us.

CLUM uses uncensored models by default. You stay responsible for what you ask it to do.

The agent that reads the web can never touch your files.

The Tunnel stands between them. CLUM splits the job between two agents that never share a room.

CLUM Work

Has your files and does the making. It has no internet at all, so nothing it reads can phone home.

The Tunnel

Every handover between Work and Web is checked. Clean results pass through; anything that looks risky, and every picture, waits for you to accept it.

CLUM Web

Reads the whole internet through a private search engine and browser. It never posts or buys anything, and it has no access to your files.

Finished work, not chat

Ask for a report, a letter, a slide deck or a budget and CLUM delivers the file, checked against what you asked for: page size, margins, fonts, slide count.

  • Word, PDF, OpenDocument, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, EPUB, email and images
  • Desktop apps that appear in your app menu, each one sandboxed
  • Researched answers built from real web lookups
  • Pictures from the web that you approve one by one

Private by design

The AI models run on your own graphics card or processor. Your requests, files and results stay on your PC. CLUM has no trackers and does not report back to anyone, including us.

Your hardware, your choice

Automatic setup picks the best models your PC can run. Manual setup lets you choose every agent yourself.

One price. Yours to keep.

Questions

Which computers does CLUM run on?

Linux PCs based on Debian or Ubuntu (for example Ubuntu, Zorin OS, Linux Mint or Pop!_OS) with at least 16 GB of memory and 12 GB of free space. An NVIDIA graphics card with 6 GB or more makes it fast; AMD graphics and processor-only PCs work, more slowly.

Windows or Mac?

CLUM Hub for Windows and macOS is in development. The first release is for Linux. The CLUM Remote apps for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux are coming soon.

Does it need the internet?

Only to download the AI models once and for CLUM Web's lookups. CLUM Work never goes online.

What does "uncensored" mean?

CLUM's default models are open models adjusted by third parties so they refuse far fewer requests. That is a deliberate feature of a private assistant on your own PC. You can pick other models, and you are responsible for how you use what it makes. See the acceptable use policy.

Where do I buy it?
